Just looking around their website it doesn't appear to be anymore. I did a number port to them when they did offer it and got the $10.00. 2 degrees do monitor this forum so they may come in here and confirm one way or the other whether they still do or not.
you can always login to your 2degrees try click on bring you number I think there is a notice there telling you they are giving away $10 for number porting
