How do you stop 2D from sending you text messages saying they have emailed your bill?  I do not need to receive a text message EVERY MONTH saying they have emailed my bill to me!

I have rang and request they stop texting me.  I get promised it will not happen again, but sure enough the next month there is another text.

2D – I love your service, but this part of the process is APITN!

I agree. It's a nuisance and serves no useful purpose.

There is work under way at the moment to let subscribers manage which messages they want to receive. Until that's ready, we have to try to strike a balance between those people who think 'I'm a grown up, leave me alone and let me get on with it' and those who want to be hand-held all the way. You can't get it right for everyone. :-(

Hi Allan

Please can you PM your number, I'll look into it.  As Salty says we are looking into bringing in some changes whereby customers will be in more control of the notification SMS they receive.

Please include your DOB and Address for authentication.

Cheers
