my phone freezes up when i make or receive calls
everything else is fine apart that
heres some details of phone if it helps

baseband version i9000xxjvk
kernal 2.6.35.12-gdf10700
build number miui 1.11.18
android version 2.3.7
network type hsdpa

Have you tried a hard reset on the handset? If yes Return it to place of purchase with proof of purchase

I'd suggest this is your first point to check... did this happen with the stock rom?

Its because of your rom.

look for 'phone FC' or 'Force Close' on xda forums and see if there is a fix for the rom you are using.
