Hi, yes, I'm having the same problem, yet if you log into webmail you will see the emails are there!

I phoned them up about an hour and a half ago and they said several people have reported the same issue - but they have not put anything on their website about it!!!  (They never seem to update it until AFTER the event).

I'm reasonably fortunate because I have email on domains/servers outside of Orcon too, so I can just send and receive through those email addresses in Outlook perfectly fine.

I've also put something on Orcon's Facebook page about this.

When I phoned them they said nothing is likely to get sorted out until at least tomorrow because there is no one there to look into or fix the issue just now, and to call them back tomorrow if the issue persists.

Useless!  And they still do not have my Orcon Genius voicemail issue resolved from the last 3 months either!

Ooh, my emails just came through to Outlook - the test ones I sent myself from my email on mobile phone!  It's now 10.24pm, so they must have just fixed it!

Morning.
Yes there was a pop outage, confirmed with the engineer that fixed it.
Looking at what caused it today.

Kind of wish you would put these problems on your status page. Checked last nite at about 9.30 PM and there was nothing there. It went out at about 7.30pm for us..
