I have seen and heard a lot about other ISPs raising the data caps on their plans without raising the cost. I joined Snap because I had good experience with their customer service during my stint at Halls of Residence and have not regretted that angle of my decision.
I'm on the new plan, I pay $105 a month and get free 03 calling, $2 youtube and 5 GB of data and 25GB of addon data. There's a bunch of other things but they're mostly useless (like TVNZ on Demand unmetered etc).
Now that was great value last year, but now the cap is really low for the price, it's 1/2 the cap of Telecom & VF for example. So my question is this, is Snap considering raising the caps on all its plans and addon packs.
Now just a preemptive blurb here, I'm not raging or planning on moving, just asking a question about what I see as a valid point.
