Snap now show some pretty cool statistics about your data usage, so I'm curious as to how much data people with the All-you-can-eat Google/YouTube add-on are using.

My roll over is in 2 days time, and I've used 16GB of YouTube data this month.

I don't think my YouTube usage has increased since I got the add-on; I still watch most videos in 320p.  Still, I think it's so worth it for $2.  I'm saving $13/month based on otherwise having to pay for that data.

I imagine other are making much better use of the add-on!

why do you watch vids in 320p? speed?

Most are available in at least 480p now, and many in 720 or 1080.

I dont have the free youtube addon because im still on the old plans and havent been bothered to change, however i might actually ring up tomorrow to do it :P

But my mate who i convinced to change over to snap, he has used like 10GB of regular data in about a week vs 35GB of free youtube.

This is why he is on snap :) #Winning.

Where do you find how much youtube/google traffic you have used?

Its very interesting looking from the ISP prospective on this, YouTube accounts for 10-20% of the average data usage for the month per household.

Even higher for Non-leeching households :)

Thanks to a twitter post from Snap pointing out that Google Music data was free with the addon, I have uploaded all my music. This brings my Google/Youtube usage this month to 95.88 GB with 2 days to go.
