signed up for naked dsl on 18 dec, physical line was connected on 28 Dec. the reason is I have already logged a job for this, and ss csr said some technician is looking into this. I don't understand why a simple authentication access is so hard to resolve.
to this stage I have had no calls or txt of when this will be resolved, all I got was a email saying my broadband is active. am not pleased with these at all. have had to keep buying mobile broadband data for these past 2 weeks.
not sure if any others are kept waiting like I am.
