Maybe I am bucking he trend but I'm a very happy customer of slingshot.

I am on the unlimited plan and apart from a minor delay when signing up it's all been flawless.

Good line speeds (Possibly related to all new wiring in my home), streaming services are working well and latency is pretty good for gaming.

I'm a bit more technically inclined than most of their customers so I've never needed to call their helpdesk, but so far I'm pretty damn happy (been a customer for >4 months).

If they are doing any form of rate limiting it's barely noticeable for my usage.

Keep up the good work guys.

Yep.  Its been smooth sailing so far for me too.  That said, I've had more big outages with Slingshot in 3 weeks than I had with Telecom in 6 years.

Can't complain though.  Its unlimited and its cheap.  Expecting anything else would be unrealistic and greedy lol.

No problems here either. But if I could just fix the random reboots on the computer, I would be happy

Hi all.

Very big thanks for your comments. Its often easy for people to complain but hard for this type of feedback to show up so it is very nice to see.

If I can help with anything at any stage please feel free to PM me and ill get right on it.

Cheers,
Joe.

Quite common for online forums to have a negative bias.

People always post when they have problems but rarely when everything goes fine.

Nice to see such active ISP reps on Geekzone!

Also, Nebbie (Bevin) on the forums continues to be a huge help in all the Slingshot "HELP" threads.  So thanks to Bevin as well :)

Cheers!

I just switched to Slingshot, (unlimited, no contract) one week in and no problems so far. Since the time I signed up online, it took only 4 days to get connected, and my downtime was only the time that we were configuring the router to make the switch. Most of the day I am getting speeds more than double what I used to get from my old ISP. And the slowest so far is still faster than what we used to get. Really hoping that this continues.
