Does anyone know the status of the Invercargill 2Degrees sites, are they live yet, or still in "testing"?

I've noticed over the last week that the one at the Northern seems to be having issues, I am getting quite poor signal off it, and generally only get an edge connection, but from the other sites I connect fine.
