I doubt it. That error message is generated at the server, not the browser.

And the $19 Data Combo button is missing alltogether. It was necessary to guess the URL to sign up for it. And when signed up it still doesn't show up in "Value Packs" page. The correct minutes/text/data balances do show up under "My 2Degrees" (but the pack name is not mentioned).
