For the past week I have been unable to turn off my Freeview box because it is taking up to 4 minutes to reconnect.  I have a DishTV AerialBox Mini, T3000.  I haven't been able to find any help online so far.  I have tried unplugging it and leaving it for 5 minutes, but it didn't help.  I can't find a manual online.

Try contacting DishTV - http://www.dishtv.co.nz/
They
are in Hamilton I believe - pretty helpful.

Hi Meez

Thanks for getting in touch with us,
Have you tried a factory reset on the unit, this may refresh and hopefully fix the waiting time when it loads up

Let us know how that goes on

Kind Regards

I had someone look at it and ended up buying a new one.  The time was out of sync too.

You should have had it replaced free of charge under the CGA.
