Anyone noticed a significant lag tonight for voice to picture?

Quite annoying.

Yes my freeview recording of Suits E01 form 15/2 has about a 3 second mismatch between picture and sound.

I'd start here,

After rebooting/restarting of course :)

How do I contact PRIME?

We're happy to answer any questions about PRIME.
You can speak with us directly on 0800 759 759

Hi Clinty just checked my recorder and 2 different TVs this is still happening in both recordings and live.

TVNZ and Mediaworks Muxes are OK, but it appears that the Kordia Mux is impacted. I can observe that Prime, Choice, Te Reo, Firstlight, Chinese TV8,  Parliament and Maori TV have a sound lag of around 3 seconds.

Can your techs please look at it. I use Nagria Transmitter on the Kapiti Coast.

Same here..Kapiti Coast..think I use Waikanae. Cant believe it is still happening after 24 hours...its quite unwatchable with that amount of delay.

Done - straight to sky, they say they are aware lets see how they respond.

"Thanks for your email.

I'm sorry currently we don't have any issue with Prime TV, please contact Freeview or check your TV setting for lip sync settings.

I checked KauKau in Lower Hutt and it's fine so it must be a local transmitter issue in Kapiti.

Prime are right, they can't help in this situation.  You could try contacting Freeview, but they don't actually run the transmitter sites themselves, Kordia/JDA do.

I'm not sure if it's Kordia or JDA for Kapiti, but assume Kordia.

Try contacting them with the information here: https://www.kordia.co.nz/contact-form/

Cheers,
Grant

Prime is fine on DVB-S, so it's unlikely a Prime issue. As above, contact Freeview.

Just logged a call with Freeview

0800 FREEVIEW (0800 373 384)

They suggested anyone else experiencing this does the same. (hint: choose option 1 to talk to a human)

I have a problem with Prime too, although it's not related to sound.

Prime through freeview looks really bad, almost like it's not in HD...

Ha ha.

Just in case you are not joking, that will be because it is hardly even SD by design on the freeview platform. Sky would like you to subscribe to get Prime in HD.
