Hi, it should be H not Vpol. So you have a Sky box on this setup as well, how have you split the signal.

As I said if you go to the transponder setup page and have it setup for 12456 Hpol 22500 symbolrate what quality reading do you get compared to 12483 Hpol.

So it would mostly likely seem that the skew is out, what LNB is it, what LNB settings have you got, I presume Sky installed it, how long ago.

Edit, I take it you have accidently transposed those figures as its TV3 you are having trouble with which is on 12456, TV1/2 are on 12483.

OK that could be a problem, what settings for the high and low LO freq are there and what teh switching frequency. Is there a normal LNB option other than universal

Yeah Normal works and I found 3 and C4

however now I get no signal on TVNZ?

So not wanting to labour the point, there are many ways both normal and universal LNBs can be setup, the details are important, what are the details of the LNB settings.

Glad you sorted, it, as you have probably found, set both low and high LO to 10750 things should come right.
