You could use GBPVR or similar to do the recording, then use VLC for conversion / playback

Oh, I see.
I had a look at VLC, and couldn't see anywhere to tell it which program you wanted to start with using the Capture card module.

The only other thing you might be able to do is to record that whole stream (as a TS file) and run it through Tsremuxer or TSmuxer and strip out the video, audio, subtitles, teletext streams which you don't want.

The remux back into a TS file with only the C4 data in there.

I see in the lnk above you say it tells you no signal etc when playing in every other player - what happens when you try to watch something recorded with one of these apps but using VLC to play it?

Also, might be worth getting a signal booster in place, then you shouldn't have to many probklems.
I got a hills one from DSE for maybe $50 and it makes a huge difference.
Are you in a marginal signal spot, or is your antenna just blocked due to geography, trees etc?)

Behodar: Check your recorded file; it may have recorded all the streams into a single file. Look in the Video > Video Track menu and see whether there is more than one.

no but when i open file ive rec i can goto program and change video there and it will goto c4 ect but when i want to covert file it will only do tv3

Use a program such as Avidemux to convert / seperate the stream.
