Sorry , the answer was not addressed to you but to arnoldstorm . 720 and 780 will never have series link . You would have to spend bit more $$ for HD UltraPlus receivers if you wish to have such functions and other features as Internet TV, Internet Radio, U-tube ,Weather Forecast , card reader and much more . Cheers

Thank you for the response Ultrapower and making that part clear.

By the way, has the 700hdmi gone off the market and replaced by the 720hdmi model.
I ask this as the low cost 700hdmi model had a card reader.
