is there any reason the unit un-mutes itself after about 15-20 mins?
mondograss:
So luckily I was able to work around my issue by cancelling Jonathan Phang, booking X Files and then rebooking Jonathan Phang again. It let me do all bookings as series link rather than one-offs, so that's a relief. Still a hassle though that the software can't figure out that there was never actually a clash there. That's going to be a pain when the new season starts in earnest and I'm booking a lot of stuff, having to cancel and work around the schedule conflicts instead of the box doing it for me.
I will get the team to look into it

Just a follow up with this question, we have spoken to the software developers and will make sure the muting stays on in the next update

The units already do 4 offsets at once, not sure if we are going to bring 4 recordings out on these models at this present time.

The rewind when live paused/time shifted sucks big time, the picture freezes so you have no idea how far back you have gone/where you want to stop. Its also no where near the speed it says, ie x16 is more like x2.
fast forward is great.
also the unit is very sluggish in responding to remote commands, can take up to 10 seconds after pressing a button and the unit registering it to do the command.

Thanks for that report, we are aware of the issue with the fast forwarding and the remote response, I have not been given a response from the software team or the development team about specific release details yet. However these issues have not been forgotten.

why the hell does the box continue time shifting while watching media? then resume playing the time shifted content when you finish watching the media? its rather annoying coming back to what you think is live tv, looking at the time and realising you are behind and need to catch up.
Question - if the T2200 is powered off (i.e. power cable attached however no lights on the front of the unit), will the Schedfule still work? Will the T2200 still record your shows? Or do you need to leave the unit on?

As long as the unit has a red light when off or is in standby mode, then any booked shows will be recorded, (The unit will power on to record then turn off again)

This is the first I have heard of it, I'll need to investigate with the team on Tuesday but please continue to replicate this issue to see if this happens again.

it happens EVERY time. it will restart the time shifted program from the beginning, ie if it had been time shifting for 30 mins, you go and watch something from UPnP for an hour then go back to TV you will essentially be 1.5h behind live tv because it will start at the beginning of the time shift.
When you start the media player i believe it should stop any time shifting thats going on so that when you exit you are back to live tv.
