Was anyone else trying to setup Freeview Smart VU with Logitech Harmony Hub? Harmony Hub does not know this model, but knows "Dish TV" and "HiMedia" manufactures and the model is not in the list and does not want to learn it. :/

I’ve had this issue, too. I’ve tried several of the Android TV devices in the library but nothing works. I think the best thing to do is request they add it. I haven’t gotten round to this yet, though.

It’s bluetooth, so you can’t teach it via IR.

Is it even IR based? I thought most of these android TV boxes had bluetooth remotes so they could do the voice thing on them.

Pretty sure it's Bluetooth. That's why it has a magnet on the little media box and can be attached to the back of your tv.
There is no line of site and the supplier remote works without needing to point anywhere.

Hi I am thinking of getting the Smart VU. Could anyone that has this device see if Amazon Prime Video is now available in the app store.

Because I saw it has been recently released on Android TV. Also how reliable is the device?

I can find it at play.google.com, however, says its not compatible with any of my devices:

And as you'll see I have a Smart VU and Mi Box Android TV devices.  Looks like sideload will be the way to go unfortunately.

Can someone tell me if this device has Prime available on the Freeview app as it doesn’t seem to be available. Also is there any way to pause with the remote as it doesn’t seem very user friendly if it doesn’t have this function.

Thank you

Install Kodi onto the Smart Vu box and then from there you can log into Sky? Awesome thanks.

Can anyone confirm I would be able to load the MLB app on this box? Preferably from the app store.

Could somebody let me know what streaming apps are able to be installed via the play store and that work. Eg, TVNZ ondemand, amazon prime, 3 now etc, Plex? I've done some digging around but I can't find a list anywhere.

Has anyone been able to connect a bluetooth keyboard. I have connected with the android tv app and the D pad works, but the keyboard doesn't. I don't really want to buy a keyboard and find that it doesn't work.
