OK - so probably signal thresholds (or low signal strength) are to blame. Guess there will always be some variation between different devices. You cant totally blame the hardware for that - you mentioned trying to tweak up the signal strength a bit - looks like maybe thats worth a try.
If the ABC stream actually started streaming ok then at least you have it using your unblocker - Do other IPTV channels stream ok?
