Invercargill was up for a bit on Thursday evening and then went down. It resumed around 9am yesterday morning and was up for the entire day and has just, in the last half hour, gone down again.

The only thing that was able to be picked up during the testing was the carrier. No picture or audio was present.

Taranaki is still around a month away as it's the only contract that was given to Kordia.

If you notice only the TV Works and TVNZ carriers are up. JDA's one on UHF36 isn't there.

My signals are also in the 90's and they fluctuate but I'm still facing Hedgehope so if I turn my aerial towards Forest Hill it might actually stay solid.

But I was just thinking that when the channels are loaded onto their respective mux that the strength and quality that you and I are getting may drop down considerably.

Good on JDA for contacting them so they could correct them.

Muzza72: Any news on Whangarei ? Cheers

It's not far away, this week hopefully.
I spoke to the JDA tech, who is installing the Whangarei transmitter, on the 24th of June and, at that stage, he said hopefully in two to three weeks.

I haven't had a chance to test as we won't get it where I live but my parents will.
I just need to get there and see if they actually have a UHF antenna but I don't think they do.

Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.
