Grr. I wish Kordia did the extension transmitters. Then we wouldn't of had to get a new areal (As JDA transmits from a different transmitter) AND we would have all of the same channels as the other regions.

Rant over.....

Hopefully it will be up and running for the JDA regions by next Saturday.
On our Sony TV, Choice TV does appear in the Freeview Guide so I doubt JDA would be sending that data if they weren't planning on it being there.

"Coming to Freeview HD"
Maybe that just means Freeview UHF...

Yes. That doesn't mean that it'll actually be in HD.

The full line-up up of shows will be announced on Monday, the JDA areas will probably get the signal on that day with a promo loop till launch date, they haven't announced a time the channel will launch

The Latest TV Guide has programming starting at 5pm on Sat 28th..something like "A Taste of Choice" some sort of demo-reel of all their shows I guess..runs for 13 hours though! Regular programming from 5:30pm Sunday 29th. Runs a 24 hour schedule with a lot of repetition like some of the Sky channels

Ah thanks for that, I am looking at their broadcasting suite and they dont have much to provide new content all day unlike One or TV2

By the look of it, the 'A taste of Choice' program is a 2 hour loop played overnights etc. Filler until they can get more programs!

Working on satellite sounds promising. Working on HD and Dolby 5.1 would be miraculous!
