You think Sky would let that happen?
mattwnz: With the 30 second skip, can you get that functionally if you use a harmony remote, and download the tivo remote for it, so it gives it that button? Or is it software locked? I haven't tried it myself.

If anyone has the answer for a 30 sec skip for the TiVo via the Harmony I'd love to hear of it

Is this of any use?

Jaxson: Question 2 as well please.
If you have the home network package, are there any copy protection measures in place? I seem to recall it said something about some programs may be flagged as non transferable, so has this happened in practise?

I don't think there are, I have never had a program that encountered an error. Not to say they won't in the future, but then that could make the home networking package useless.

The only time I've seen this flag is with Caspa stuff which is few and far between these days..
alienwithin: tvnz although they have written tivo off, still own their shares in it, so unless they sell their shares they are still a major owner of tivo NZ. While Telecom handle the support calls for it before passing on what they can't deal with from their check list, TVNZ is still the registered address for Tivo NZ and still owns 33% of the tivo NZ. personally i think with the larger uptake of tivo now you will see tvnz do some work with it soon, specifically targeting tivo specific adverts to the boxes when people fast forward through ads.
