Hello,

I'm having problems with my My Freeview HD PVR. It's a Zinwell ZMT-640 v1.0 with v1.2 software.

We have a record list, but programmes are no longer recording - at the time the record is meant to start, an error message is displayed screen - "Record could not start. Tuner could not lock."

Can anyone shed any light in why the records aren't working anymore?
