I had a power cut this afternoon and my DishTV Satbox Ultra S7090PVR has lost most of the FTA channels. I now only seem to have TVNZand its offshoots like U plus Trackside nothing else. Have tried a rescan and it appears to detect other channels but when I go back to main screen all I find are the TVNZ stuff again .
Do I need to do something other than just scanning FTA

Have you tried doing a factory reset and start from scratch putting in your region etc.  Doesnt affect any programs you have recorded. At least didnt on mine a couple months back

I got mine working again but a couple of points
Make sure the F connector is screwed in correctly to Dish box. If there are loose connections it can degrade the signal strength and channels can drop off etc.
I also forced a rescan of satellite D1 and specifically used the two TP frequencies. TV3 and its stablemates are on a different Transponder to TVNZ

Hi Guys

The problem is only the Kordia transponder which carries TV3 and Prime channels, this has affected all satellite viewers,

The problem is currently being fixed, this could be Kordia adding in Choice TV but in order for choice to be on the platform all channels need to be suspended.

So who's liable for the losses incurred by Mediaworks and Prime over this period? Was this Freeview's fault for updating the SI data incorrectly or Kordia's fault?

I had a major problem on Tuesday losing all the Kordia content and thought it was my end. After I redid everything and eventually got TV3 back last night the  same things happened again. Al;l content from the TVNZ TP was OK but Kordia's TP content disappeared.
I rebooted box and it came back.
I hope that Kordia is not causing these outages. They need to get their act togerther
