Does anyone know roughly what Kordia charge to broadcast from their sites? I am looking into the detail etc around moving an FM station onto Freeview (Sat or UHF) but cannot find anything online re rough costs.

I know I could contact them, but it's too early in the process yet and I don't want to be wasting their time if the costs are prohibitive.

First step might be to look at the Freeview site which has most of this information incl costs

I've already been right through the Freeview site. The fees listed in that document are for Freeview only, i.e. EPG, Marketing etc. They do not include fees for the actual broadcast of the signal, which is carried out by Kordia. Hence my question.

Are we talking Nation or just in one region?

I think that answer is more than you want
(likely to be multiples of 10K annually for regional coverage, I have heard Stratos transmission costs 500K a year nationally)-

Why don't you just ring Kordia and ask them,- given that you will end up being their customer...

And...... check out your licencing with PPNZ and APRA as your current licences may not cover the increase in listenership reach.
