Not cheap but the VU+ Ultimo has 3 configurable Tuner slots. There are any combination of the DVB-S2 and DVB-T/C hybrid tuners. Maybe one of the other embedded linux boxes does configurable slots.
The Hyundai works for both, but with some important (?) provisos: 1) There is no formal guide for the DVB-T side of things, as it only receives the limited EIT data. You can use the satellite side to book a show and then swap the tuner to terrestrial, keeping all the same start/stop content etc. 2) It only works on one at a time... (So in my opinion, it's not a 'real' twin tuner, same with PlayTV for PS3 etc).

Personally, get 2 separate freeview approved units. I guess it depends on your requirements/setup but I'd rather a real twin tuner PVR with series link, either freeview MHEG5 based or TIVO etc, and then a separate satellite receiver for the few times I want to watch something on satellite.
The current setup is RT Television being pulled down by satellite into one set top box. All the Freeview channels being pulled in through UHF aerial to a second set top box. The current issue is having to switch AV channels on the tv to move from RT to Freeview.

I'd suggest a harmony remote and just create activities such as watch terrestrial and watch satellite. Then let the remote take care of what input goes where. I notice the newer cheaper ones have lost the activities button though, instead having many dedicated (but inflexible name-wise) activity buttons.

Also, it's worth noting that a simple PC-based solution may not be as hard to assemble as you might think. It doesn't have to be built as a "customised" HTPC from the ground up.
Most recent laptops that aren't absolute bottom of the barrel have HDMI or DVI out, 500GB+ drives and enough processor grunt to handle broadcast. If you have an adequate laptop already, then adding two relatively inexpensive USB tuners could be all you need. For example, last time I looked JB HiFi was selling a twin tuner terrestrial USB stick for circa $130 and PB Wellington was selling a USB satellite tuner for $119.
For over 12 months I've been using an UltraPlus X-9200 with twin tuners installed - one Terrestrial tuner and one Satellite tuner.
I am able to record up to three channels simultaneously if two channels are on the same mux (eg: record TV1 + 2 on the terrestrial tuner and record Prime on the satellite tuner) , whilst at the same time watching a pre-recorded programe off the internal hard drive.
It's a very versitile machine and the latest downloadable firmware provides for a series record feature. However, in New Zealand this feature is almost pointless using because just about all the channels run their programmes late (eg a programme scheduled from 7:30pm to 8pm will invariable start at 7:32 and finish at 8:03pm). The series record feature can not detect late finishes so you will always miss the last few minutes.
A nice surprise with the X-9200. The unit is located in our downstairs lounge and is plugged into our router via RJ45 cable for streaming (eg YouTube, etc). I recently bought a WD Live TV wireless media player for our TV upstairs and was unexpectadly surprised to discover that it can also stream and play programmes recorded onto the X-9200's internal hard drive downstairs.

I've not tried on mine, but have you set default additaional minutes on the start and end record time? I set mine to record 3 mins before and 10 mins after.
The series record should also use these settings..not sure, not tried but you would expect it to.
