I seem unable to get assistance from Freeview itself, just keeps referring me back to my supplier (whom I can't remember).

I am having many problems but the latest seems to have occurred after daylight savings.  I now seem to get recordings of things I've not set it to record any time of the day or night. Or it records an hour earlier for some things (but never consistently).  Eg last night I was recording 9.30-10.30 Ch 1, and instead it started to record. 

8.30-9.30.  I seem to have to constantly monitor what is going on.
