Staying at a holiday home where there is a Strong SRT 3654 DVB-S settop box. It needs to be retuned, but someone has reset the PIN/Password so I can't access the setup menu. The solution apparently is to reload the firmware, which I'm happy to do. However, extensive Googling has failed to locate this software. I know that it has been available in the past
My call then is to anyone who has this software and is able to share it. Cheers

Or 3650, when I used to do this kind of work and customers would ask me to lock the STB (or observation of customers technical skills made me feel it appropiate) then I would always use the model number of the product, that way it can always be remembered.

Yes, have tried all manner of PIN combos, including the above - and street numbers, owners' birthdays and number patterns.

The only solution is to flash the firmware - just need to find a file.

Thanks but 2381 doesn't work. Actual model number is SRT3654 (I made a typo in the thread title). Cheers for your help.
