I just got Freeview yesterday and I have noticed that when I try and wake my Freeview box from standby I always get a no signal message on screen, it works when its woken up from a cold start (So turning off from the wall and automatic turning on when power is received at the wall)

My Freeview box make and model is: Loranz, LZ0031STB-USB

Would this be a software problem or a hardware problem? I’m sure if I can’t fix it I’ll just go ask for an exchange at noel leaning.

I’m sure signal isn't a problem, I get all channels with no problems when it’s started using a cold start.

BTW: Quick semi question, Is there a way to get Face TV on this Freeview box, its still on UHF analogue.

Send private message

Sounds like you have a faulty unit.
Take it back for a replacement.
And no you can't receive an analogue channel on a digital only receiver.
