I was watching Prime on Freeview (ChCh) during 5:30 pm news this evening - very disconcerting to see lack of synchronisation between audio and picture.  I've noticed this before on Prime sports but it seems particularly bad tonight.

There appears to be a 2- 3 second delay between the newsreader speaking and their lips starting to move.
Particularly noticeable on sports clips - hear the crowd roar (celebrating yet another NZ wicket falling) and then see it happen a few seconds later.

It's not just the news, everything on Prime seems to be affected.  Other Freeview channels are OK - e.g. TV3 sound/picture synchronisation is perfect.

Is it only on prime? or do all channels have this problem? I did have this same issue with my Dreambox 500S receiver. It was a quick fix within the settings that fixed this out of syn issue. If your receiver is a Dreambox 500S, I can track down and let you know the way to fix it.
