Any help appreciated with this problem.

For a while I have been able to get SBS Australia and watch SBS 1 and 2, this has recently changed so now ( as others are aware ) you can only get SBS 1 not 2.

Problem is SBS has moved all their cycling coverage to SBS 2 only, so no more cycling at all, when I try SBS on line ( vier SBS web site ) and click on to the video I wish to watch, it says content not available in your area.

I have looked at IP address site that hide your IP address, so I can view over seas sites, but they look a bit suss.

All so have heard that you can buy an X-Box and get cycling vier the web that way?

Or do I try to buy a larger sat dish to get a stronger reception?

Starting to get cycling withdraw symptoms so PLEASE help ASAP.

Cheers,

toneredd.

Where are you watching SBS 1?
Last time I could access it, it was on Optus D1, but they stopped that transmission a couple of years back.

Ahhh ... yes the Aurora Iredto card.

For the last year since SBS disappeared Ive been using cyclingtorrents for all our cycling viewing.  Set up the RSS feed and it automagically downloads in the early morning hours, just in time for me to hop on the trainer and watch it :)

http://www.steephill.tv/ normally has links to on-line sites that stream live video for the classics, and pro-tour events.  Thankfully the number of live streams seems to be increasing each year, and many of them are no longer locked to specific locations.

I can watch the extended tour highlights on the SBS cycling central website. They used to be geo-blocked and I'm not sure why I can now watch them.

The Inner Ring lists steephill.tv and also cyclingfans.com for sources of live streams

Steephill.tv has excellent coverage, but it has decided to not link to pirate feeds anymore

June 30 important update: As of today, we will no longer link to unauthorized live video sources due to malicious popup advertising and potential copy infringements. After much thought I have made this decision to avoid confusion, because steephill.tv has nothing to do with these external sites.

I was hoping the cycling market would sort itself out by now and provide more viable options for internet users around the globe, but that's not the case yet. Nonetheless, I believe its time for this site to only support authorized broadcasters.

In the directory below, you'll see links to legitimate sources and their tv schedules in various countries, but there will be fewer unrestricted links going forward.

I'll have more to say on this later. — Steve
