I am having an on going issue with my freeview recorder. It is an UltraBox S7090PVR It occasionally starts recording a program booked on the EPG and then does not stop. It carries on recording for hours until you notice that you have been recording a channel for 30 hours and your other booked programs have not all recorded. The only pattern I can see is that it is occurs more often with programs that are not in the prime time slots. It is so frustrating. Every time there is an update I think my problem will be solved, so far no luck. Can anyone please help? Thanks

I have had the issue with my same device but realized that I need to update the firmware.
I also deleted my booking list and series linked/book shows again and that stopped the issue.

Now I have much bigger issues. After I loaded the update which all went smoothly I went to watch something I already had recorded.

When I click on Lib I get Media not Alive. I checked the media information. It says 1 SATA Disc G: Proprietary NOT ACTIVE

I have tried reloading the firmware but still have the same problem. Have rebooted the box. HELP what should I do now!
