I am looking at masthead amplifiers for freeview that use coax power injectors to power them. How do these work?
From the masthead amp a coax cable connects to a splitter which has power pass on all ports, then a coax cable from the splitter connects to the tv wall outlet and then what?
What happens if you have 3 televisions in different rooms all using coax power injectors all turned on at once? Would that overload the masthead amp?

This is an amp I am looking at...

The injector sends DC to power the amp back up the coax. If the injector is after a splitter, then the splitter needs power pass on at least the port the injector is on. You only need one injector to run the masthead amp, not one for each TV.
