I's started experiencing a rather strange phenomenon with my TV recordings .... sometimes the first few minutes of the recording will keep repeating itself from about 30 or 40 seconds earlier.

 

Holding the fast forward button for a few minutes eventually gets to a spot where playback is normal.

 

The recording was made using a DVB-S card in my PC, and the ProgDVD software.  When viewing the recording on my PC, the problem still happens, yet the progress slider moves forward and the time counter increases!

 

Weird stuff ... any ideas please?
