Does anyone know when Sommet Sports is starting on Freeview Satellite?  I believe the transponder slot they intend to use is now free following the frequency shift that Prime made late last year.
Thanks!

They're also supposed to be turning up on Sky at some point too, but that's gone very quiet.

SID 1928 is the old Prime service ID.

I'd expect Sommet Sports to appear with a new SID.

I tweeted them last week about it but they never replied. I just changed my tv to 'normal' instead of 'full' so it was 4:3 and looked alright.

Had a look last nite and yeah it did look Fatovision but not as bad as some others I've seen like Face TV and the Asian channels.

It would be interesting to know the viewer numbers for the Bangladesh v Sri Lanka cricket on Sommet.

I had a quick look on Throng and all I could really see was Other TV Channels: 2.9% for yesterday.

I sat down and watched it for a couple of hours today and it was thoroughly entertaining, a couple of the Bangladesh batsmen were really impressive.

One of the commentators sounds like King Julien off The Penguins of Madagascar - I like to move it move it!
