I did a factory reset on the DishTV box we have at our flat but all it can pickup is Prime.

I followed the instructions in the manual for a first time configuration but it can't pick up the channels, it had 1 and 2 and a few others yesterday but was all over the place so it can pick them up.

Any suggestions?

Do a blind scan on the device Dion.

Think that's your answer. Some channels will come in that you do not want or cannot access. Just use the features of your tuner to "flag" and delete those channels.
