I did a factory reset on the DishTV box we have at our flat but all it can pickup is Prime.

I followed the instructions in the manual for a first time configuration but it can't pick up the channels, it had 1 and 2 and a few others yesterday but was all over the place so it can pick them up.

Any suggestions?
