I have got Four Plus 1 in my channel list but when i try to view it a pop up message comes up saying no signal how can i fix this issue so i can view Four Plus 1?

Do i have to do a blind scan? can someone please give me the correct transponder details so i can tune in Four Plus 1 that would be great :-)

Pretty sure it's 12644 Horizontal polarisation 22500kS/s 3/4 FEC QPSK MPEG2 4:2:0
