I have a SatBox Ultra S7090PVR fro DishTV.  I'm having perplexing issue with it.

I can't select Prime TV from the EPG.

For any other channel I can push the OK button and it closes the guide and switches to that channel.  For Prime it just won't do it.  I have to exit the guide and use the channel buttons on the remote.

This always and only happens with Prime.  Not a major but kind of annoying.

Suggestions?

Hmmm that defiantly shouldn't happen

The first thing I want you to do is retune your unit, usually a retune solves channel issues and this might allow the EPG to work properly on Prime.
If a retune does not solve the issue then please ensure you have the latest firmware installed, if you need help with this let me know.

Kind Regards

Joshua

Thanks Joshua.  For the lightning fast response.

I'll follow your instructions and see how I get on.  I'll be sure to post an update when I do.

I've been meaning to update the firmware.  Bought the unit a few months ago and have never updated it.

Firmware updating seems to be a regular facet of life in 2014 - even my fish-finder is due for a firmware update!
