Hi team,

After some help. I just bought an LG 60UB820T model smart TV and it's not finding any of the Media works channels I.E tv3/c4/tv3+1 etc.

Googling this shows a bunch of tips out there, but nothing is working. Any help would be great!

Your UHF antenna will be at fault, check the cables and connections.
I personally recommend you get an aerial installer to come and overhaul your antenna system, remove old aerials and connections and re-run new coax.
A good aerial installer will have a proper signal meter to ensure you get the best picture and minimize issues like you are having.
if you are in a strong signal area you can do it yourself, in a medium to weak signal area I always recommend an installer with a proper signal meter.
