After blind scan on D1 channel 0007 is PR 1937. Can anyone explain what why I cannot receive a picture with my 90cm Dish and a DVB-S2 receiver.
Also channel 0023- Upgrade channel never seems to give a picture.
Lastly could anyone tell me how to activate channel 0024- Weather ( Weather Channel )

PR1937 I think is the remnants of Cue or Sommet Sports.

To activate the others, call Sky TV - they are their channels. You will not get a video stream from either of them.
