Can anyone tell me where I go to download the freeviewplus app for a Veon Smart TV.

its not an app that you just download, it needs to support the background encoding programes.

does your TV support hbbtv 1.5? does your manufacture support freeview plus on your model? it could require a firmware update.

what model is it?

What the Jase2985 means is that the TV manufacturer has to support FreeviewPlus within its software. If you go to http://www.freeviewnz.tv/freeview/freeviewplus/ and scroll down to the TV list you will see Veon is not on the list.

It may be they are working on that (who knows?) but right now it's not available.
