AceKingGaming: what type of coaxial as was used back when multi-channel antennas where being installed, like that bendy thin type, i have been looking all over the web to find the name and cannot find it, all help needed, thanks

Apsattv: Don't bother with 300 ohm ribbon type flat cable if you can even still find it anywhere. It will work about as good as a piece of string.
You really want RG6, if you need a flat cable to put it through a window gap etc , you use to be able to get an adapter which had a short flat section with F connectors on each end.
