If you check the freeview plus site, you will see that you need to have a UHF aerial and reception.    Nomention of Sky or satellite dish.

Yep, the user manual says UHF. Do you have a UHF aerial on your roof?  i.e. one of those ones the older SKY units used to use before satelite came along (dont get confused with VHF aerials).

Why would you expect it to work? Sky is Satellite and requires a dish. The T2100 is Terrestrial and requires UHF. Read the manual. Freeview Plus is only available on UHF.

Hi

I have to say, everyone on here is right, the T2100 only works with a UHF aerial, You may still be able to get UHF reception by entering your address in here:

http://www.freeviewnz.tv/get-freeview/get-freeview/

If you can get Freeview HD and you have a UHF aerial handy then it's best to connect the T2100 to it and you will be good to go! However if you can only get Freeview via Satellite then return the T2100 and buy a a satbox, or keep the T2100 if you want to have the ondemand apps
