Bought T2200 to replace aging magic TV unit on the weekend. After initial success now the EPG button on the remote won't bring up the Freeview EPG. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Please see if there is new firmware loaded. sometimes it takes a while to bring up the EPG depending on reception and signal as its carried through the Freeview network and not the box itself.
