I had to re-arrange some furniture so turned off the Ultraplus 9000HD receiver and disconnected it. When I turned it on again and checked my Playlist all the recorded programmes had disappeared. The only letters/words in the Playlist window were:   /HDD/ 

How do I get access to my recorded files? I have tried what seems to be every button on the remote but nothing appears. I have turned the received on and off and the power supply at the wall.....
