If that was today one of the shopping channels I think it Freeview 18 was showing DW TV because it can't advertise on Good Friday

DVB-T Unknown Channel on unofficial boxes only. It's been blank for well over a month.  I thought originally it was East Coast tv(Gisborne) but that's gone so it must be someone testing.

I'm in a JDA area so the channels differ. But The Shopping Chanel (I think that's what it was called) which was on TV3 mux is gone from my LG and Panasonic TV but still shows as unkown channel on my non approved stb. I'm guessing VLC player the original poster uses is adding a name/number.

DW-TV = Deutsch Welle.

SID 1304 has been present for a while, but hasn't been allocated an official channel yet.

I'll take a look using VLC later today, but freeview won't provide details on who is testing on the new channel.

Just checked. It is still showing a version of the Shopping Channel.
