Hello all,

 

Can some one please guide me to resolving the 'Partial' sign following trying to record a movie using epg button? 

 

Any help would be much appreciated

Is this the Code 2 Error you have on the Freeview EPG ?

When I record then go into my library to watch it says partial with no time showing and file unavailable.

Feeling a little embarrassed, I have just read through the manual again and I failed to install the small loop cable, would this have caused my recording issues?embarassed

Yes, please install this and try recording again
