Sorry typing on phone so will keep this brief. Trying to help friend setup TV in new house, but it's only finding 1,2 and duke, and the +1 versions of the same. Can anyone suggest why this might be?

Call an antenna installer.

Spark Max Fibre using Mikrotik CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+, CRS125-24G-1S, Unifi UAP, U6-Pro, UAP-AC-M-Pro, Apple TV 4K (2022), Apple TV 4K (2017), iPad Air 1st gen, iPad Air 4th gen, iPhone 13, SkyNZ3151 (the white box). If it doesn't move then it's data cabled.

The issue is your antenna.

The easiest way is to get an installer who has the correct equipment to locate the antenna and get the correct amount of signal required.

I would not recommend DIY ( while some are capable most are not )

It might cost 200 - 400 to resolve properly but if done correctly you will not need to touch it for years and years.

Yep. We're borderline and in the shadow of Mt Kaukau in Wellington. At -44db we can just get everything - but a little bit of rain is just enough to take out tv1,2 until it passes - even with a giant tin roof acting as a wee reflector for radio.
