I have set 'recordings have priority ' but if we are watching prime the timed recording of 2 doesn't happen. This also applies if we turn the tv off leaving the channel on prime. I am wondering if this is able to be resolved or is it a fault?

How have you got your tuners set up? Sounds like only one is getting signal. Does it record but with an empty file?  Is this a new thing? Made any changes recently?

Tuner A: BCM7335 DVB-S2 NIM (internal) advanced

Tuner B: BCM7335 DVB-S2 NIM (internal) equal to Tuner A

Yes it is an empty file. I have had it for a week and made no changes.

DJSTUBBS: Tuner A: BCM7335 DVB-S2 NIM (internal) advanced

Tuner B: BCM7335 DVB-S2 NIM (internal) equal to Tuner A

This is the correct setup if you have two separate cables to your LNB or multiswitch (i.e. 2 satellite cables screwed to the back of the machine).

If you only have one cable, then you need to set tuner B to "loop through" not "equal to".
