Have others noticed that in the last two days there is no signal for the Network Nine "L-Bird 1" feed on D1?

Gone to IS 19 .
Now on Intelsat 19:-
12549V SR3750 8PSK The signal strength is similar to what it was on Optus D1.
Thanks guys, got it.
My UltraPlus blindscan picked it up on 12299 V 3749
What do I need to watch Channel Nine from Intelsat 19? I just have a standard dish pointing at D1. I do not want to realign this dish. Disappointed that it has moved. Many thanks, Neil.
Nellie, you just need to add a second LNB onto your dish, no need to move the dish as IS19, at 166 degree is close enough to D1 not to required moving the dish at all.
You'll need to buy a second LNB and a bracket to attached it to your existing D1 LNB, You also need a switch so you can swap between D1 and IS19 with your remote.
While you are at it think about adding a third LNB to receive D2 and then you are all complete, there are enough English language news channels on IS19 and D2 is justify the effort.
However, after maybe five years of catching the satellites over New Zealand I am relying more on a Kodi box and that gets me thousands of English language channels all over the world, including all the Australian channels. If you have broadband take the plunge into Kodi. it's very very cheap.

Somethings not right then? do you load all the other services on intelsat 19 on the correct frequencys as listed at lyngsat? if not then you need to adjust your lnbf l.o setting to the correct type

for those trying to tune it in remember the LNBF skew needs to be twisted a lot differently to The "7pm" approx position of D1

Oh, you are quite correct. A couple of years ago I bought a box of 50 brand new Zinwell LNB's off TM for $1 the lot and the L.O is a weird 11000 but just looking up at the IS19 dish I see it has an old Sharp LNB 10750. Have set it to the correct LO and the frequencies are displaying correctly now. Thanks.
Thanks Gustov for your reply. What Lnb's do I require for D1 and D2.
do you need a dvb-s2 box to pickup the channels

send me a private e-mail with your address and I will send you a couple.
Hi guys,
I've been trying to get the Nine network channels today with not much luck.
Using lynsat settings, I can get Channel 9 on 12550V 3750 with about 80% signal but absolutely nothing on 12563 V. I can get most of the Horizonal TP's too but really what I'm after are the Nine network channels.
Dish is 75CM with D1/IS19 setup. Receiver is an UltraPlus 900HD Micro.
I don't know whether the receiver is 16APSK compatible, but Id expect to still get a signal from the TP right?
Cheers,
R
Your dish is too small, its needs a 90cm and upwards minimum
Cheers for clearing that up.. bugger! I'll have to find a 90cm then. Minimum being 90cm, will that produce a watchable signal?

1M dish will be the go I think :)
