Turned on the TV this afternoon and this message pops up;  

Options are Close and Retry.  I can't seem to press Enter on either though, I can move left and right, but can't close the box unless I use the 'Exit' button on my remote.. but the box will pop up a minute later.

I believe it has something to do with the Freeview+ service?  My TV is connected to the internet.
